Continuous vent system is consists of vent gear motor, drive shaft, rack and pinion, shaft bearing. Gear motor drives pinion through  drive shaft to move rack back and forward to open and close the vent.

Used to allow additional clearance over straight racks.

The pinion involves mainly one gear, one galvanized sheet house, and two copper alloy bearing. Its gear is made from the technology of powder metallurgy, and is quenched. The gear has hard surface, and is strong. The gear is located in a galvanized sheet house, and is supported by two copper alloy bearings. This pinion can be easily turned, and has long life time. Its maintenance is very easy. While running, the pinion makes almost no noise.
